Monday: Off. Should have run to shake out the legs but didn't feel like it.
Tuesday: 4 miles easy in the PM. Felt surprisingly good for the first run back.
Wednesday: 4.5 miles easy in the AM with Tim Rider and Tom Pore. Had to walk the last mile-plus due to bathroom cramps. Otherwise, felt fine.
Thursday: 7.5 miles easy in the PM with Devon and Steve around Saco. Felt like I had a lot of pop in my legs actually. Good run. Craig Robinson joined in for much of it after running by.
Friday: No running, 1.5 hour paddle in Camp Ellis with the new wetsuit
Saturday: Off. 11 hours of driving to see Jules. Really tightened up the hamstrings.
Sunday: 9+ miles in the AM with Jeff and Hoogs in Portland. Easy and good.
Totals: 25 miles, one paddle, a lot of shitty food. Beautiful down week.
