Running Log for Week of 10/28/13

Monday: 8 easy miles in the PM in Biddo Pool and plyos.

Tuesday: Lift at lunch and 8 mi. easy in Saco.

Wednesday: 10 miles in the PM on the ET out-and-back with 3 miles of on/off pickups. Felt pretty tough, I must admit.

Thursday: Off day. IT's were hurting a bit.

Friday: 8 miles in the PM fairly quickly with Jesse on the Boom Loop.

Saturday: 6 miles easy at Twin Brook after the Maine HS XC champs.

Sunday: 12 in Readfield along Maranacook Lake with Jesse, Marc and Jorma. Paddle after... so cold.

Total: 50 miles, 1 workout, 1 lift, 1 paddle. Step in the right direction but sleep and diet need to catch up.
